I'm a patient of PCOS and I had gained almost 12 kgs during my high school. Since it had started taking a toll on my health, I had approached Jaya ma'am during the lockdown and she guided me throughout several processes like my food intakes, sleeping pattern and exercises. What i loved the most about her is she personally customises a diet plan according to your food liking, convinces you to fix your sleep schedule with some crazy logic and helps you move towards a healthy and holistic living. AnushkaI was facing overweight issues & I tried multiple diet plans. A major issue I faced was, that they were fancy diet plans giving only short term results. Also, I couldn't eat what I enjoy eating. After some research I came across Jaya's diet plans, initially I thought that it will be same as the others. But no! Jaya's ideas and knowledge really helped me a lot! She not only gives a diet plan but tries to understand the need of the person, then customizes the plan accordingly. The best part of her plan is that she gives all types of food & also the food which I enjoy, with a guarantee that i will not affect in any kind of weight gain but will help me loose weight.
